C43 owners in NY,NJ,CT,MA...need help...

C43 owners in NY,NJ,CT,MA...need help...
a good friend of mine is on the verge of getting a 2000 C43 but has yet to drive one.
He's a full blown carnut but has not had the pleasure of Mercedes ownership.
His collection consists of an M5, a modded Audi S6, and a muscle car but I've got him intrigued with the silver star.
Yesterday's test drive of a W210 E55 AMG left him feeling the car was too meh and floaty....which IMO it is, so I feel the C43 would be ideal for what he's looking for.
He's willing to drive anywhere in the Tristate, New England area to get a ride in a well sorted, strong running C43.
LMK if any of you guys can help. Jay's an awesome guy and would be a great addition to the fold as he's very active on our Audi board as well.
He's based in Connecticut.
