Time for servicing my C43.
It's teim for my car to get a B-service this year.
I will have my filters and fluids replaced.
I will also replace the oil port gasket that sits near the belt tensioner.
It looks like I have a small oil leak from the squared rectangular gasket.
I have the old style gasket with no centre rubber, newer gasket was revised with more rubber protection.
I have bought them both gaskets and a new oilport cover, I wonder if I can use the new version gasket with a new front cover?
Or am I stuck with the old style gasket which I also bought for my car?
Anyone went from the old gasket to replace it with a revised version, was that possible to do?
Check pictures.

I will also have my front suspension parts replaced although my car only have 97000 km = around 60000 miles on the clock.
I bought new LCA from German LEMFÖRDER from UK.
I'm really happy I got my front LCA DIRT CHEAP, Lemförder are know to be expensive!
I paid £251 British pounds for 2 LCA including shipping , if I had bought these suckaz in Sweden they cost 7000 SKR at the autoshop that's almost 3 times higher price!!!!!
Darn stupeed swedes when it comes to automotive prices!
I also bought front balljoints, tie rod ends, sway bar bushings, eccentric bolts, spring pads x 4 and some other stuff.

I need to do a full service to my c230, like yours plan. I had my front crankshaft seal, front brake, sparks, benlt, oil level sensor on oil pan changed during past year. Because mine has 160,000 miles(already eligible to apply for high mileage award and i applyed mine last month, lol) has started to leak here and there.
Anyway, good luck to your service!!

I think I paid $160 total for both of my Febi LCA's
Don't you have a low mileage C43? Why replace the suspension?

keep your car and woman happy otherwise they will both leave you stranded!

looking for the sama lca on fleabay for german Lemfoerder parts the best aftermarket brand these lca cost each $275 each!
*** me

my car is still a low mileage 97700km approx 60000 miles, but these hollow bushings tend to break so I want to tighten my bitc- performance.
it was a steal to buy my Lemfoerder lca.
my car is 12 years old low mileage or not, parts gets worn.
I'm going to replace my rear shox in the near future, they are bitc- azz expensive!
I tested my car on a Monroe shock shaker wagon, dudes at Monroe said my rear shox are getting worn but my fronts were top notch THEY SAID THAT 2 YEARS AGO, my car was less than 60000 miles?
WTF!

That's great. I always want to have C43 calipers on my C230 with drilled disk. Or may be four piston calipers from CLS55 or other AMG models, so i can a huge braking force.
Isnt this sweet

Yes, that look very nice and carbon ceramic too. Guess the caliper weighs more than the rotor

One of them is my C43 and the other is my new fly honey.
having a beautiful woman in the passengers seat, I have to say that's the best thing, can't beat that.

Just wait to see the bill Hope you don't have a heart attack I have a suggestion Why not send your new missus to pick up the car Sure your mecanik will give you a nice rebate
#17
I can't let my missus go to my mekanik all by her self!
It's a big NO NO!
My car is at the shop now but when I get her back.
I was thinking to snap som pics of my new missus and my Cee fou3 2gether!
It will be an easy compare which one looks better, my girl or the car?
Did I mention she ( my missus) is a real fox on heels, a pure knock out = 10 out of 5! /5
My Ceefou3 doesn't stand a chance compared to my other woman!
I have to keep her in a short leash among other neanderthals!
