Thanks guys... Its in the garage, under the cover... Battery is dead... Maybe one day i'll get it started and take it for a spin...

Well went down to the garage tonight just to get into the trunk and access the situation... lol
Trunk lock cylinder is frozen... Cant get into the trunk.. Battery Stone dead.. Its cool i prepared for this and left the rear seats unlocked...
So this weekend i'll just crawl in there and hook up the battery charger so i can pop the trunk and replace the battery... with another one that is probably going to go dead... lol

Instead of crawling into the back, open the hood and hot wire some volts on the black electrical plug on the left inner wing (under a plastic cover). Bingo, back opens.

must be a stupeed design flaw from MB if the battery croaks, can't get into the trunk by unlocking the trunk with metal blade key! 
lesson learned always keep one folding rear seat unlocked

Because a few years ago this happened and my rear seats were locked, and i had to jack up the car.... Take the underpanel off and grab the 12v line directly off the altenator.....
You would think i would just buy a new trunk latch so i dont have this problem.... lol
