M113 intake manifold removal

but before I b**ger up the job
can someone tell me the best way of removing the intake manifold from the engine. I have already disconnected the gas pipe and other parts when removing the valve covers. Looks like a big harness and a lot of wires grouped together and plenty of pipes in the back around the throttle body and I don't want to break something. The rubber breather pipes are no major concern, as I have a new full set I want to install when reassembling everything as the old pipes are rather hard and brittle due to age and the heat back there. Thanks guys

I wanted to join the MB official site to register with WIS, but it screwed up with my ID for the EPC. That drawing and walk through is perfect, albeit for a M112 V6, but similar as the M113 I imagine, minus 2 cylinders
If I have to do my c240T, I'll also have the instructions now.nd4sp13: Don't worry, I'm NOT going to split the manifold to look and fiddle inside

Edited to add that when I read the instructions, I saw the references to the M113 engine also
