Discitalia Rotors
Anyone have experience with Discitalia Rotors for C43 Directional slotted or drilled for $475. front pair and $330. for rear. Not sure why rear is so expensive. Also have Hyper Ceramic Pads for $190. front & $73. rear. These Italian mfg rotors are only non-stock rotor I have seen.

R1 concepts makes rotors for our cars (blanks, slotted, drilled). Front pricing is similar; rears are cheaper ($200-some I think).
You could also get 2005 C230K Sport front rotors from them (4mm smaller in diameter in the front) for half the price of the C43s (~$225 for front slotted).

I have them, but I paid $800 for the front pair, they also say AMG on them. They are great rotors, you will not be sorry.

Without going out and looking at my car I thought the rear stock rotors were solid, Why $330. for rear rotors? I doubt if these are vented let alone directional, what's with the price on DiscItalia?

My error, the stock rear rotors are vented, not directional. Someone mentioned 'floating', don't quite understand what he means. C43, did you buy the Discitalia ceramic pads?

DiscItalia Rotors
I appreciate everyones response and I am leaning towards the DiscItalia rotors and pads but still am at a loss as to why the rear rotors are $330 when stock are 1/2 of that. Those of you who have bought DiscItalia did you buy front and rear?
