New here - Finally a C36 owner :)

Hello! Just over a month ago I purchased a 1995 C36. I have been wanting one for ages but never found the right one. I was really iffy about buying one I'd have to ship so that made it even more difficult.

Thankfully, I was lucky enough to do a craigslist search and it came up! Like it was meant to be lol.

It was for sale by a shop that did all the work on it. Unfortunately the previous owner passed away and so his widow asked the shop to sell it for her. It was an awesome experience as I was also able to get all the records and the shop told me all about what had been done to the car and how much the previous owner took care of it.

It has 137,xxx miles. Water pump was just replaced as well as the wiring harness, head gasket among many other minor things. Car is solid and I couldn't be happier.

Only things I see that bother me a little is that it seems to me that it has a c43 front bumper. There's no accidents reported but maybe the previous owner liked it better. Either way, my goal is to put the right one on there. Also, my fuel gauge acts up lol...not sure if it's the cluster or the actual device that's in the tank.

Overall, I'm loving it!

It is my first non-honda car. So I have a lot to learn. Be patient with my noob questions

Congratulations, looks like a clean car! Are those 18" wheels? As for the fuel gauge, don't worry, it is normal for it to drop quickly. Lol, jk. Nice car!

You mean the side marker? Honestly I'm not sure if it's stock or not, haven't noticed it on others. I'll have to look into it.

That side marker is very interesting, typically only found on Euro models or its aftermarket. Probably the latter, especially if the cluster reads in MPH.

Definitely aftermarket, the placement is way off from the Euro versions and they sit much lower. Still a beauty, congrats!
