Just jumped head first into the AMG 202 game
Was offered some deals I could not pass up and ended up purchasing a 1999 C43 with 105,xxx on it for 8k....
Came with :
Powerchip
Rebuilt Alternator
OEM monoblock (never used)
Another spare full size monoblock
AMG pedal kit
Set of 4 bridgestone blizzaks with MB 5 spoke reps ( great shape)
2 sets of C43 mats and MB winter mats
Aftermarket head unit with rear deck speakers ( not installed)
Probably more I am forgetting.... Here are the two pics from the test drive:

upload pic
Drove her for about a week and Crank sensor went bad....NBD replaced runs great
Got her home and let the modding began....first stop Perzan auto radio in Philly
1. Tint 20% all around
2. Cut the dash and relocated A/C Heat controls and installed a Pioneer AVIC Z140BT along with new door/dash speakers
3. Installed an unused set of (2) JL Audio 10inch W6's in trunk along with (2) unused Apline Amps ( came out of my old jeep and were just sitting)
4. Wrapped door pillars and all interior wood in 3M Matte finish Carbon Fiber Vinyl
5. Installed Passport 9500ci in rear view mirror
Then some DIY mods:
1. Ebay projector fog lights ( eventually painted surrounds black ) with HID kit
2. Ebay black grille
3. AMG flat hood emblem
4. Removal of front plate holder
5. Install Ebay LED tails
Then off the Brent Morgan Motorcars in West Chester PA for some more mods
1. Drop with Bilstien Sports and H&R Springs (1.4 Front/ 1.3 Rear)
2. Chopped off secondary cats + resonator, tucked tips closer into body
3. Replaced interior passenger door handle
4. New windshield
5. random bushings and other small maintenance items
6. Installed Carbon Fiber gauge surrounds
7. Installed AMG door pins
8. Installed AMG shift knob
9. Installed AMG pedal kit
10. Dent removal and full exterior detail
11. Sent the 4 best monoblocks out for refinishing...... black centers/polished lip
Ok....after all of this I love the car even more....put about 10,000 miles on her since May...now for some pictures!

Thanks!! Yes the C43 did not have any of the stock chrome bumper trims....it also does not have the two tone interior ( all black) and cream headliner....I would love to see the original sticker for her, I have a feeling it was special ordered

so you don't have a white/grey headliner as the rest of the pack?
your c43 looks very special in a nice way.
did you tuck in your exhaust tips further in under the rear bumper?
does it look better than stock?
on c36 it looks hot with only a short tip pointing out.
can you take better pics of your c43 tips?
thanks
is that w124 500e your car?
i likeeeeeeeeeee that car.
i'd take that one over a c43 anyday

Hey boosted. Very nice fleet!
You mention selling some parts. I need some tail lights. Do you have any from either car. Also, what did you get for the LED tail lights? Mine are slightly deformed due to melting near the brake light bulbs. Have any for sale?
I will post up pics of my car soon. I am fixing the oil cooler seal leaks and baselining all the plugs, gaskets, fluids, etc.
Mine is a '98 C43 with 44k miles!

the 300E really is a fun car, my dad bought it new in 93, got my license in that car....as well as a couple other firsts hahaha
We ended up pretty much straight piping it to the brabus muffler and its loud, but sounds amazing IMO, for how little i drive it...its fun to just rip around and its starting to end up with a ton of mods..... still drives perfect even with 197k on the clock!

in good fun as well...if you clearly read the first post...after the list of the finished mods he said "its been 10k miles since may since he got it". so that being said he must now of just uploaded all the pics and given time for all the mods to set in before posting this...just saying. I got a silver w/ black and silver interior 99 c43 w/ 130k. got it in august. in the first two weeks I lowered it with h&r sport with bilsteins, clear corners, steering wheels re-painted, all monos prof. refinished, res deleted(just not did the sec. cats), replaced all major seals and gaskets...rear main, valve covers etc, plugs wires, k&n's, and im sure a bunch more im sure im missing. id say I jump into the benz/amg world head first lol. but I must say I love the car. it also helps that I have a full mercedes dealer shop to my using anytime I want for free as im a mercedes/amg dealer tech haha.
