43 BOSE headunit code!?

43 BOSE headunit code!?
Hello board,
I'm trying to figure out with the dealer what's the code for my BOSE radio headunit that I just retrofited in my C43 (the original radio). When I gave them my VIN, they sent me the code but it doesn't unlock the radio, uppon a chat witht hem, they said, they has a serial number of the radio in their data different than my current serial number of the radio.
Anyways I would like to know if someone could help me to pull out the code?

those codes shuld be kept secret.
yours a 98 without d2b fiberoptics?
retrofitting bose audio should be easier on your car compared to c43 1999
are you using same tapedeck as seen in the previous pictures?
your deck is a different version to european stereos.
only dealer can help you with codes unlocking your deck.
you need the code card from dealer

I don't mind that someone else or the entire internet knows my radio code, they won't do anything with it because I have the radio
What is d2b firberoptics? It's a special audio option? THis is the OEM radio that came in the car from factory from what i could tell. Don't think so the previous owners lost the OEM radio and bought a new one or sued from somewhere else to keep the car OEM at the time to sell it in case the new owner (like me) want to keep the car OEM.

Is that manufactured by Bose or manufactured by Alpine/Becker for MB?
You should get a navigator like this and fitting an universal gps antena below your dash.
You'll get way better ådio-quality

Double check the serial number and make sure it's correct. There may be a different number written somewhere else on the radio.
