C43 AMG 5.5 - 396.4HP
Sorry no pic from yesterday. Forgot my mobile phone. But for me it was amazing to see that deep black colour on a W202 combined with the shape of those wide fenders.
I am curious to see it in sun light when the red/gold effect is visible...

Agreed, can't wait to see it all put back together. I think it is still going to look slightly understated at first glance but then very muscular once you take a second look. Excellent job!

I have something for you... it is almost finished (you never finish fully)
With those W204 style mirrors you Need to pay attention... there is the Frame fixed with 4 screws to the mirror Body. But on Drivers side, the 2 outside screws prevent the mirror from showing the road, you can't move far enough out. You Need to remove the 2 screws and cut the case where screws are linked and glue the Frame to the mirrors body.

Popey, you've done a fantastic job of transforming your AMG into a muscular-looking beast! Absolutely stunning work on the fenders and front-spoiler! I'd love to have a new front spoiler like that!

All that work and a fresh paint job and you go and use a car wash with brushes!!
but looks astounding nonetheless. Would love some info on that diffuser. did you make that?

A work of art which could be befitting the MB Museum in Stuttgart Sindelfingen ...
Now some six pot Brembo brakes and BBS wheels would make a perfect finish

you can find diffuser here:

I wonder if BBS can offer those dimensions (11x18)

I wonder what happened to the Russian "body builder" project we saw some time back...?

And I always wondered about the iron sheet they fixed on the border of the Fenders and then fixed the new Fenders to that iron sheet.
But I never found that iron sheet removed later, what ment that the wheel can not fit under the Fenders without touching that iron sheet.
So I needed to find my own solution starting completely different from the russion Project.
