Are all W202 mirrors the same throughout the years?
I broke my drivers side trying to get the glass out as it was starting to leak. Note: only push mirror but so far back else you will break the lil tab that holds the spring.

Folding or not, a w202 mirror should fit all w202's, regardless. Even if it's a different size or shape, you can claim they made them that way like they did with the W124 :P

update...mirrors are different, well at least the housing...
My right side replacement came off a 99 C280 painted black. The mirrors bolt up without a problem, however the C280 housing is smaller. When I used my original housing, it will not go all the way over the mechanicals. I had to remove a lil metallic tab on the inside of the housing, and then it fit.
My left side mirror came off a 98 202, self dimming. The mirror bolted right up without problems, again the housing painted silver was smaller. So those of you who bought your cars used, check to see if both side mirrors are the same size.
