1994 C36
Thanks!!

I am not a specialist of the 36, but others that are will surely be along soon. From comments heard and read on this forum and elsewhere, I think that these models suffer mostly from perishing engine wire looms. They are expensive to change using OE supplied materiel, but other cheaper solutions exist.
When you test drive, check also that the transmission and gear changes are smooth, with no clunking or whines, or leaks anywhere. If you finally go ahead and purchase the 36, I would recommend you change ALL the fluids (oils, ATF, brake fluid, cooling system), not unless proof is given that all this has been kept fresh and up to date.
Check rubber related items which could be cracked, brake lines, joints, etc.
In all cases, keep us informed on your final choice
