FS: Complete e55 Engine/Trans, perfect swap
UPDATE, SOLD: I was out of town the past week, sorry for delayed replies to PM's. While away, item sold locally. Thanks to everyone for their interest.
I have a complete engine and transmission pulled from my personal vehicle.
The engine and transmission is out of a 1999 Mercedes AMG E55 car. I personally owned and drove the car. Everything works excellent, no issues. No cold starting or running issues, no transmission/shifting issues.
The engine and/or transmission will fit many other Mercedes vehicles: C43, E430, E500, ML430, ML500, ML55, SL500, and likely many more.
The vehicle had 102,000 miles/165,000km's on it and was purchased new from Lone Star Mercedes Benz in Calgary. It was serviced at Lone Star through the warranty period.
$2,000 (US) for Engine/Trans/$500 worth of brand new parts included (engine mounts, seals, pulleys, etc...)
The price also includes $500 worth of shipping from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I suspect this amount will get it freight shipped to many States/Provinces in N.America.
Everything is securely and carefully packaged on an extra-length skid.
Buy with confidence. I am a long-time auto parts business owner and avid german car enthusiast.

It is now residing in its new home away from the Great White North and in the balmy climes of Texas next to its Canadian-spec E55 brethren....
