Zayed, I have a feeling that the first photo shows your Queen. She certainly looks great. The side vents do they really work (diesel models I think), but are probably necessary in your part of the world.
Regarding the brakes, I'll settle for any one

Yeah, that was around nine years ago,
i sold it to Russian guy, he came here, and said; what ever you need i want this bride,,
sold it to him, he Exported to Russia Right away..

did you import the E500 from Japon?
did you use a can opener to make the ventilation holes in the hood on your E500 then got it repainted in 744 silber metallik?
the E500 was a genuine Carlsson car?
how much was the HP/NM compared to an original E500?
any interior pics of the E500?
speedo was Carlsson 300KM/H?

i used a big geometry template "Ellipse" shape, to draw & cut the hood, the repainted in "brilliant R39/747",
it's one of [18] genuine "Carlsson" E500's,
original E500 is (322 hp) & (480 Nm),
they modified "cams/intake valves & springs/ported heads & TB/dual gearbox clutches/LH-ME Eprom chip/EZL ignition angle",,
with (372 hp) & (576 Nm)..

Good notice Dennis,
i used "Scotch" anti-slip tape, to holds them in ground tightly,,
they never ever slips, unless if i pull them up hardly..

Denis, Zayed lives in an area where it never rains, so no need to worry about wet feet. I would be more concerned he slips in his shower ? 😂😂😂

Ahhhhh, good one Daniel..
, & you absolutely correct,,when i buy a shoes, i always put anti slip tape on them, not only for these floor mats, also for my job,
cause there's many places with slippery marbles there,
slipped many times there, learned my lesson well maaaaaaaan..

I know those stick on pads to the soles of your shoes. You find them often on women shoes
