Main frame wasnt effected. Upper coolant hose busted so some coolant came out.

I did! Runs really well, just needs some TLC. I recently purchased a pristine D2 S8 w/ 120k (1 of 53). It was a deal too good to pass up so the Merc has been pushed to the side for now. Hard finding parts for it. Went down to Monterey at the Pick-n-Pull and the one they had received in mid December has been completely stripped.

Savo? Very nice guy. Gave me some good pointers on the car. His silver one is for sale too as well I believe. And oh yea, it has been ransacked. Bumper gone and everything from the interior but the dash, carpet. Both fenders and the hood are still there if I remember correctly.

Yep Savo takes care of his cars. He really put effort into making that one drive properly. I know cosmetically its not the best example but I believe he got it like that.

Sorry to hear of your C43, PJ! I really feel for you as these cars are becoming far and few between. As long as the frame and control arm is good, it looks far worse than it actually is! Hope for the best with the insurance company!
