Hello all, I got a C43 wagon on a lease for my wife, as a second car to my G63. I started leasing it as a dealer demo, it had roughly 7k miles on it. I got the car in winter. Per province law, i need to be running winter tires on the vehicle. As tire changing season approached I was informed that the rear tires were practically bald and the two front summers were at 6/10 condition. They only accepted to replace the rear tires with brand new ones. Today I noticed a massive gash on the side panel of my front right tire (see attached picture. I have been only driving with these summer tires for about a month. With all this being said, my salesman is blaming it on the roads and is saying that there’s nothing I can do and I have to replace two fronts now. Do I have grounds to complain and ask for them to replace it at their cost? Or is this totally on me. Thanks for your advice

Your buddy Benzrider17 is very sensitive about the real C43's when people make the mistake writing in the wrong forum about newer generation C43's.
Benzrider17 once said he was going to ram a Hummer up my @$$ becoz my car had some stuff his C43's didn't have from factory, his description of a metaphor about my C43 sounded very homoerotic.

BenzRider17 is a very gracious and friendly guy, you'll like him very much as a good friend.

I respect the fact everyone has their own opinion but just because you have a newer Mercedes’ don’t mean it’s better , or the members
on this forum that choose to own a classic c43 can’t afford to 2 own a newer one
I never understand why Mercedes’ even put a c43 badge on another Benz then even branded a AMG logo

Long time ago, we were discussing factory options in a different thread.
I mentioned what I had in my car fitted from factory, stuff which you and all other US C43 vehicles don't have the extra extra options fitted from factory and you had problems with this.
You were very hostile towards me and my car!
Felt like you had animosity towards me.

This is a forum, we share stuff in a friendly matter for others to learn and know what MB offered back in the days.
US market C43's only had stock factory options, mine has the same stuff you have plus the first owner of my vehicle ticked the full options list to include more stuff which you don't have in your car.
You simply hated this!

This is the reason why I don't participate very much on MBWorld or post photos of my car, thanks to you!
Lesson learned, some guys are friendly others are not.

Well, you should see some of the harsh comments posted on the C204 C63 page. Sometimes it feels like people are participating in a dung slinging contest and certainly doesn't encourage me to post things...
