These are Mercedes oem trims. The center piece with four wholes can be turned into 6 holes. On the back the markings are there. You just need a dremel to make them. I'm including two of these so you don't have to fear messing up on the cuts you have an extra. It won't be hard....

I remember when people were searching for this trim years ago. Oh well I will be keeping it. But if anyone sees this in the future and is interested let me know.

Hi,
I just got a C36 and was looking at options to change out the trim pieces. Are these still available? Are you in Bolingbrook, IL?
Edit: Looking at the pieces for the doors, I think they are different. I have a '96 C36. Not sure if some of the pieces will work.

yes I’m in Bolingbrook. And I do think the c36 trim is different so these won’t work.
