what's the style name on your AMG rims?

You have C36 endrohr?
your car is original stossdämpfer and tieferfedern?

Thanks guys....
the size of my AMG rims is:
front 8,5x18 ET25 with 225/40 ZR18
back 10x18 ET25 with 255/35 ZR18
and the parts number is, HWA129 400 15 02 (front), and HWA129 400 17 02 (back).....
the style name of my rims is styling2....the rims are bolted in two parts.
my tv is not connected!
my amg muffler (Endtopf) is a customized edition of AMG.
I have 1997 to 2002 worked at AMG in Affalterbach and me at the time purchased.
it is only the dazzle of c36, the entire muffler is just half the size of the original C43, has a much better sound. I will post pictures.
yes my car has the original shocks and springs installed.
means shocks from Bilstein and springs from Eibach.
I will put him even deeper this year.
Sorry because of the size of my pictures are a little too big....
Regards
Jens

Nice to hear and have someone who has worked for AMG in Affalterbach. That is probably a first on here and not too many forums have that privilege What did you do with AMG (technical or office)? Do you still have contacts with AMG. If so, you could be a great door opener there

c43 has a total different looks and construction on endtopf, does your end tube sound better with your custom mod than originale C43 end?
1st. frage:
now that you have some very important insider information from AMG factory, what is the best way to keep the 722.631 automatik getriebe in perfect condition?
is it to change the ATF-Öl often @ 60.000 km?
2nd frage:
Why does 722.631 automatik getriebe go kaput?
And what is the main problem ( weak parts) in the transmission?
3rd frage:
Do you have the famous rost problems on your C43?
Those AMG felgen you have on your car looks super fantastik!
Way better than original C43 rims!
ET 25 on your front rims makes problems to put C32 AMG bremssättel on th C43 without spacers?
Ciao

This is very cool! You were probably there when ALL of our C43s were made. Who else can say that you were in the same building with all of our cars?!?
Love the wheels. Do you get any rub anywhere? I always thought a 10" wide wheel would be a tight fit on the rear.

I assure you that my muffler is a lot louder than the original. I had both installed on my c43 and it was a huge difference. Unfortunately I have not from the original exhaust sound file to show you the difference.
I know from personal experience sure to have the best sound picked up at our c43 from the muffler.
everything else is still on the exhaust system takes a long time does not change so much sound like a variation on the muffler.
I will next time in a couple of pictures show what I've changed everything. has brought some what and some not....

transmission at 722 631 is our duty to maintain long a manual oil change for a maximum of 60.000km.
it's even better when you flush the automatic transmission, a specialist can.
I had changed my automatic oil after 50,000 km and I will now go back with 100.000km.
2nd frage:

that's hard to say. There are several reasons why the gear every now and then can go wrong.
is a problem which is known to me at the first filling the gear still sells glucose in the gears. can in a more and be less in the other but if the automatic oil change early or not there is purged even better, it can also come to consequential damages.
3rd frage:

No, fortunately I have as yet no rust at all on my c43. the venture was also always been a garage and was moved only once in the winter otherwise I drive it only in the summer.

also bist du noch am überlegen ob du die C32 bremsanlage verbauen möchtest?
why you want to block the C32 brake?
warum möchtest du die C32 bremse verbauen?
My opinion is (if you're interested) that the C32 brake system optically
looks nicer than the original from the C43.
Technically, the C32 brake but no better than the C43 brake rather worse
for the W202. (but are just my thoughts)
