there was a guy on benzsport (now bnzsport) back in the day with the user name under pressure who had a mosselman turbo on his i think 94 or 95 c220. there still may be some pics of it over there

The Mosselman product will require you to send your C36's ECU/computer to DENMARK, so ***** can tune it for the the turbo's.
Also, since the C36 has a much higher-compression ratio, you risk detonation.
IMHO, check out the SQUIRE (STS) rear-mounted turbos, and have one fabricated for the C36 and sell it to others (e.g., C280).

I faxed them twice for some pricing and information. I have not yet had a response back from them. Does anyone else have any contact with them, and interested in team'n up to buy a few of these kits?

Man! Seems like it might be more cost effective to swap in the V8 and mod the snot out of it?!?!
I am glad to see that someone was willing to put in the effort. It would really make for something special. I love the sleepers.
