C43AMG Wheel Spacers

Hey guys,

Just ordered a C43AMG with the 19 inches AMG Split 5-spoke bi-color wheels. Just wondering if any of you added spacers to the car? How's the look, can some of you post pics! Also, wondering if it will affect the handling or something.. I want it to look a little more wider from behind.

Thanks guys, can't wait to receive my car

It makes it flush the way it should be. If you want something more agressive go wider. Get the tape measuring out to sort of get an idea

Will do! But why did you use the same spacers size in the front and in the back? Would've thought the spacers in the front were less usually.

Thanks so much for the compliment!!!

Received my wheels directly from Vossen. They included hub centric 13mm Akata spacers for the front.

I measured the gap on all (4) wheels and determined that a 15mm spacer was probably the best offset. Gap was pretty close from back to front so I get the need for not necessarily needing to stagger. Now, can somebody provide the correct part number for preferably H&R bu maybe Eibach as an alternative? Neither list our vehicle on their website.

Anything between 8mm and 12mm you're going to be in trouble (there will be no "lip" for the rim to sit on). for 12mm you'll need H&R specials (
Amazon Amazon
)
Anything above that you should be fine. I'd personally stick with H&R.
I have 12mm up front and 15mm in back but I'm running 19x8.5 all around (ET34 Front, ET42 Back) here is a pick:

Hi - my car is sitting on 19's and I'm considering buying lowering springs with 12mm spacers for the front and 15mm spacers for the back, just like what you have. Did you need to purchase extended bolts to make sure the spacers and tires were secured?

Springs:

12mm Spacer:

Add the spacer thickness to 27mm, that would be the length to buy.

@TModelle is that true for both coupe and sedan?

Are you doing this yourself or are you taking it to a shop? Personally I would lower the car first then measure for your spacers to get the perfect fit. It's not something i'd buy/order all at once. You may get it lowered and feel like it looks too aggressive, or maybe it's not aggressive enough. Can't stress enough how it can look completely different lowered just an inch. Don't fit your car based on some pictures of another car you saw online. You may even get it lowered and decide you don't need spacers.

Ultimately it's a lot of money to spend for mostly aesthetics, I'd take your time and make sure you get your stance and fitment dialed in perfectly. Figure out the up and down part first, then decide on the right and left.
