The 5mph bumps on the back of the c43 amg coupe are one of the few things that are holding me back. The car looks great but the back now looks awful because of those awkward government implemented blocks

If you're located in North America, the answer is no.

Why can't someone get the European bumper shipped here?

they can. if they want it bad enough, they can do it. i had my headlights swapped the same way and they cost much more than a bumper.

Someone on here had a body shop take care of them and it looked amazing. I'd take a look for that thread.

I was turned off by the bumpers in pictures. I went and saw the car in person and they were less noticeable. I then went and drove the car and forgot all about them...

I get compliments all the time and have yet to have anyone mention the bumper blocks

It is a very off looking piece of ADR compliance you people there in NA have to put up with that and amber signal lenses as well, simple answer just get rid of them as some have done - search and you'll find related thread/s

bought them on ebay for 1600euros shipped. mint condition. you can expect to pay as much as $2k. I sold mine the same day to my friend for $1400.. no coding required on our end. Plug and play. You also get blue LEDs welcome lights when you unlock the car

Yes. That's why it's plug and play for us.

My friend who didn't have the full LEDs still can't get the headlights he bought from me to work properly. He's mad but I made it clear that I wasn't amazion.com. No returns here

I bought them from a random guy on eBay. I searched using the part numbers which are:

Part #s (left, right) - A2059067902 A2059068002

Make sure the control units and bulbs are attached.

It was an ad similar to this one:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/LED-Scheinwer...wAAOSw2gxYnuMT

I was using Google Translate to communicate with the seller in german. It was quite the headache. Worth it though

There's a thread in the GTS forum where a guy removed the rear bumper blocks. I imagine the process would be somewhat similar for the C coupe.
