Have you tried using the mercedes me app? i think it might be U.S only though.

Thank you. Don't see it in there. That smart key don't think it works for the C43

Yoi logged into Mercedes me and started your car? Did you need to buy something to get it to work? I'm not sure how to use this.

It should look like the first picture. If it looks like the 2nd one you have to hit your info button in your car the one with the phone and the I. They will help you set up your account for it.

Sucks that it takes like a minute to actually start the car once you initiate the remote start function.

Also sucks that once you unlock the doors, once it's been remote started, it powers the car off.

But I guess it's better than nothing.

So stupid here in Canada where it can get freaking cold and your $75,000 car doesn't have this simple feature but my buddy with his Acura does...

In addition to the doors locked, it requires a minimum of 5 gallons in the tank. Stupid, but true. My wife uses it every day before work.

Also, keep in mind this requires an active mbrace subscription - complimentary to first owners for the first 5 years, then a $199/yr annual fee.

Another note in addition to the fuel and locked door requirements - the vehicle will run for 10 minutes then shut off up to two consecutive times. After that, key must be introduced to the vehicle and unlocked before remote start will work again.
