You know you guys would sell much more tunes if you guys bothered to make some proper videos of the customer cars. If he is hurting feelings on the streets, is it that hard to record it?

For a tuner, you guys seem to have almost no clue how to get more customers by putting out some proper information out there for us to decide.

We have a C43 whatsapp group where 5 or 6 guys are on the fence to get a tune but all of us are holding back because we have 0 reference points. Atleast nothing official.

If you guys really have a car running 11.9s on 1/4mile (which is mighty impressive), the first thing I would have done is go out of my way to get that customer car back for a day and document it properly and release the info.

Couldn't agree more! It baffles me that everyone in this society has a sort phone and can easily record high quality videos on site and even upload them yet people make it seem like its this daunting extraneous task lol! You guys wanna sell more? I promise you post your customer running 11.9s you would have a lot of traffic coming your way.

i know the guy he's talking about... I saw a 11.8 clip. Let me see if I can get him to post it. Not sure if he's on this forum.

Should run 11.6-.7 when the feels like temps get well below the triple digets here in Houston.

There is no way it is doing 11.6. That is getting close tothe 911 territory. If he can prove it here with a video, I will literally take leavefrom work right now and go and get the tune done TODAY!

@ JGreen76 would be nice if you can and invite him onto this thread. Since you know him, was his tune a custom dyno tune or the tune from off the shelf that Eurocharge offers?

Ahh EC did state he has NOS now after tune was done.

I am curious to know what else has he done to his car? Does he have only tune and NOS now? Or does he have Down-pipe, exhaust and NOS.

I am curious about this too. I want downpipes and waiting to hear from Weistec if the c43 downpipes they have fit the GLC (they have a test vehicle finally). Once I get confirmation, I want to know if EC has a tune that accommodates the Downpipes or do you have get a custom tune by one of their local dealers.

i think with the DP... DP practically have no gains if the ECU isn't programmed accordingly.

@ DameMD they do have a tune for down pipes. I plan on getting down pipes and a re tune from Eurocharge. I just have to send back my ecu for them to re adjust. No need for a dyno tune but of course a dyno tune will yield more power. I only ask if that 11.8 was an off the shelf tune or custom dyno tune because i plan on going to the track Sunday . Weather pending of course!

Oh man, I can't wait for your results. Hopefully you can prove some of these doubters wrong. It will also help me determine if I should pull the plug on getting the EC tune since its $850 now.

Now I am just waiting for Weistec to respond. I sent them a follow-up email regarding the downpipes. They are currently the only reason I haven't pulled the plug with getting a real ECU tune yet.

LOL trust me DameMD i am in the same boat as you. I have been practicing my launching and shifting since i found better times using the paddle shifters opposed to letting the car shift for me.

Personally, I would install the DP at the time of shipping the ECU. Just have the stg2 uploaded from the start.

It would be great to see the video and learn any other relevant information that could be shared. Thanks to JGreen76 for posting. I look forward to hearing more as I too am in the market for a tune but hadn't strongly considered EC.

I'm getting the Stage 1 tune done on Monday at EC Toronto. I'll update with dyno numbers and some street 0-60 pulls.

like Munis mentioned above, it's really sad the lack of information on here as there are a bunch of us ready to pull the trigger on the tune pending any ounce of proof.

So with down pipes car made 390 and 448? IF i am correct then i am confused with Eurocharged at this point. The dyno that they have on the thread where they offer their tune for $850 with a tune only shows that number, actually a bit higher in torque. Unless the nitrous numbers include the downpipes installed.

Nothing against EC but it is amusing to see them advertise EC Stage 1 tune but its really a STAGE 2 with NOS

But hey, atleast you got the sale price @ShazV6 rather than the performance! You go @ShazV6
