C43 Autocross
I'm taking my C43 to its first autocross event this weekend. Anyone have any experience driving their C43 competitively on the 19" run flats? Advice on tire pressure? Thanks.

TOO HEAVY!
Buy a Miata and gut the hell out of it. Would be so much more fun and effective in an AutoX event and you wouldn't have to worry about beating on your luxury daily driver

Repeated heavy acceleration followed by continuous hard braking, fast corners and tight radius curves. . . Say goodbye to your tires.
I second the buy a Miata recommendation. Or even better, be a MB guy and buy a 190e, it is the first C class. Find a 2.3 Cossi with a 5 speed before they get to expensive.
Wait, definitely get a Miata, I'm looking for a 190e 2.3 16v 5 speed Cosworth and I don't want you to hijack the market.

I know every car and every course is different, and i haven't autocrossed the C450, but in my other "heavy" cars, a day of autocrossing (4-6 runs) seemed to equate to about 500 miles of "use" on tires and brakes.
Had a friend who was multiple time regional class champion in her car, and daily drove it to almost 300,000 miles.
It's not that big of a deal.

I've autocrosses 3 times in the past couple months. The car does very well despite it's weight. Ive been coming in second to an STI and focus rs, both much lighter. Overall a fun car to autocross on the side.

here's a video from last week, I had 20's on. Got 1st place in novice, the car handles very well since its a awd but it's still a heavy car.

Sorry to be rude but is this a joke, who autoX's a C43 on run-flats?! The C43 is heavy, non-nimble, nor extremely powerful. The steering isn't great either. Run-flats are crap and an added weight.
I only say this because you said "competitively", I would understand if it was a weekend warrior type thing.
