With the tune or with the piggyback module?

The only piggyback modules that have been discussed here is Dinan. No dyno results have been displayed.

Correct. You asked the question, and I replied with what has been discussed on this forum. Feel free to run a search in the upper right hand corner of this site.

The guys from c450amg.com tested and reviewed all the tunes and piggyback systems available a while back. They reached out to Berger for a trial unit and got a snarky response back. Something to the effect of, "get out of here kid, you're bothering me". To date, no one on the board has written about the JB 1 on the c450, only responses like, "it was great on my BMW.
I think the Berger guys might have created some bad will after their initial comments. They haven't posted a Dyno of a c45/43 either, instead only testing a c400, and stating the module does work for the other models.
FYI, the module Dinan is currently selling for the c450/43 is in fact a piggyback, and reports similar results to that of Vivid and Berger (+40hp). The Berger and Dinan units are similarly priced too, around $300, while the Vivid was $900+.

To be fair, if somebody with blog full of ridiculous typos contacted me asking for free swag I'd probably say no, too.

My understanding is they have a beta unit for the V6TT in the C400, which will also work with the C450/C43. I asked their forum rep for the Golf Rs (who is fantastic) whether they would release an official application for the C43 and he seemed to think it wouldn't happen. But that was probably 8 months ago.
