Performance difference depends on how aggressive the ECU calibration. Your tuner will be able to give you that info .
There is a back door way to eliminate CEL with JB4 with catless downpipes.

You have to ask your tuner about how much timing etc they add on a ECU calibration to make the tune aggressive.
