You need not be concerned with overspray on the rotors. Just do one or two hard stops from 40 mph. That should take car of that.
That is why it's is usually a cheaper job. My wheel and tire guy does all 4 with the logos provided from eBay for $150. Any color as long as it is red.

obviously, but if they can't take 5 minutes to do some prep, that usually is indicative to the overall quality of the job.
