BMS GPS Based Performance Meter

BMS apparently now has a VBOX alternative for a fraction of the price. It is a GPS based unit that connects to your phone. They claim it is as accurate as VBOX.
Has anybody tried this unit yet?

Thinking of ordering one.

I have had a unit for a couple of week and seems good so far. As for accuracy, I haven't had anything to compare it to. Will be going to 1/4 mi. track in January and will update when I do. But for $149 can't really complain if it isn't as accurate as race logic (not saying it isn't, just haven't verified). As for now 0-60 leaderboards have 23 peeps, Fastest one being a claimed RS7 with a 3.28S, I'm the only peep in the mix with a Mercedes with a 3.84 and last one with a BMW X5 6.74. There are a great majority of BMW's and Golf's. regardless of its accuracy it seems like an ok unit

What tune are you using? Are you also using the JB1?

Jb1 map1, while most of the US is cold, it’s pretty hot here in Miami, Fl. Hoping for a cold day in Miami to give map 2 a go. BMS jb1 is pretty consistent in map 1 1.82-1.89 60’ according to the draggy device.

seems like most piggybacks do the same time. even the racechip gts claims 0-60 in 3.8 on vbox. im using a JB1 as well on map2 with 98ron

I ordered the unit before christmas. But it might take a little longer for it to reach Taiwan.
