World's most powerful C43 tune by Eurocharged

Hi All,

I know a lot of people are in the market for a C43 tune so I thought I'd share that EC will soon release version 3 of their software.

I made 413WHP and 493WTQ from version 3 and 405whp/456WTQ from V2. To put into perspective, I ran a 12.15 @ 113.78MPH on the version 2 so this tune should change the game. Portions of the tune made an increased 60WTQ and 30WHP from Version 2.

This graph is V3 vs Stock dyno

If I had the space, I would think about it. Downtown condo living makes it a bit difficult when a parking spot comes at a 60k premium.

Fiddling with the idea of building a track car for fun anyway, maybe a civic hatch, wrx or someone suggested a miata.

Very nice power! But the 1/4mile time and trap speed seem a bit low for a car producing almost 420awhp. Not trying to throw shade, but if stock vehicles trap around 107-109/110 then I would have assumed a vehicle producing 100+hp aw the wheels would be gaining more than 4-5mph trap speeds.

Is the reason just driver error? Or are Eurocharged's Dynos slightly generous?

Bit confused by your post. Stock vehicles run 12.8 @ 108, and I ran 12.15 and 6MPH above and you don’t think that’s reasonable for V2? Keep in mind I have not run the car on the V3 software yet. I ran at 405whp and 456wtq.

When can you get out to the track again to run the V3? I wonder if it will break into the high 11’s

I was going under the estimation that each 10whp you achieved could realistically translate into a +1mph trap speed.

(Thats crankhp btw)

edit: If those time slips were with your V2 tune, then the traps make more sense to me. I guess I just expected +2-3mph traps. But regardless of what the dyno numbers are, those are very impressive gains.

yah, those slips are with V2. I’m making 8whp and 40wtq more with V3 on peak power, but I’m making 30whp and 60wtq more in parts of the power curve. The delivery should make a huge diff. Can’t wait to test it out

does v3 seem smoother and more refined than v2? There were a few saying the shifting was hard even in v2? Is v3 more powerful but also smoother (aka easier on tranny)

With these big gains, i am slightly worried about transmission long term durability

They aren’t tuning the TCU so the aggressiveness comes from the power/timing. I’d say it’s a bit smoother but in no way does the car feel stressed. It’s really impressive how fast the car is with this software.

Did they give you an ETA on when V3 would be released?

Man, those results make me want to switch over to the EC tune. What type of fuel were you running on the dyno?

C450 AMG
Trap Speeds and Dyno Numbers

Keep in mind guys, his car is 400lbs heavier than a normal C450/43, as he has the Cabriolet. Generally speaking, every 100lbs added shaves a mph off the 1/4, and with 400lbs of extra weight, that 113 is likely closer to a 117 non-cabriolet car.

413whp and ~490wtq is very strong for just a tune on these cars. The fall off in the dyno charts up-top suggests to me the turbos are too small. I imagine the stock internals could handle a bit of power, and my bet is, simply swapping to a larger compression wheel that fits the stock turbo housing would turn these cars into absolute freaks on pump gas.

My guess would be an increase in flow rate on the above suggested modification to a stock turbo (pretty straight forward modification for those who aren't familiar with what I am saying) yields 450-460whp on pump gas quite easily.

To continue the bench racing theme, a simple modification path for incredible trap speeds (my guess would be above 120+) on simple pump gas would be: Downpipes+Larger Compression Wheel+ Tune = mid 3's to 60 and low 120 trap speeds.

That would be insanely fun for a daily driver that can function in all kinds of conditions. You'd surprise a few cars too from light to light with that kind of power! : )
