C43 jumps in Sport + mode

Hi guys,

My new C43 jumps at low speed, but only in Sport + mode, is this normal ? It’s a completely new car.
It happens both when the engine is warm or cold.

What kind of jump we talking? High jump? Long jump?

Was at the MB dealer week ago and asked the service dude about this issue. Claims complete ignorance. Is there a number for the software update to reference? I assume that it is a no charge item since it is intended to fix a flaw?
Ive got the '18 43 coupe.

it may be VIN specific update.. your may already have it since it’s a 2018

Same with mine. (Only 44 miles on it so far). I was told that the car is in learning mode and will smooth out after adapting to me driving style. Not sure if this is BS or not but that is what the service writer said.
