What do you suggest, is the new digital dashboard a "must have " in this car ?
I opted to not get the digital dash in mine, personal preference but I like the analog gauges better.

Personally, I placed an order for my custom 2019 C43 coupe knowing I would have gotten a bigger discount from my local MB connections on the outgoing 2018 models. I ticked all boxes that screamed "upgrade" compared to the 2018 models. In my test drives, the digital dash truly felt like an upgrade.
It's what I think.. but it seems to be almost impossible to find a coupe with AMG seats, sport exhaust and the new digital dash...
The car that I'm looking at , it does not have the digital dash, but for the rest is loaded.
Also I believe the offer that i got is good :
MSRP is $72500
36/12k miles for $679 with $5k down.

She's finally here! Ordered late November and after some shipping delays to the northern CA, she arrived! Coming from a 2016 c450, this one is definitely different but familiar. Transmission is a bit nicer than the old 7speed and suspension is nicer as well! I haven't gone through everything yet, but so far so good!

Named her Luci, short for Lucifer for obvious reasons!

Two questions:
I didn't opt for the ambient lighting, and i couldn't find the option to change the stock 3 choices i used to have. Is that gone since i didn't opt in? Just curious.

Did they do away with the shortcuts you could assign within the infotainment system?

You had to have ordered the ambient lighting or it was in the advanced lighting package or something. I did see just a while back in the forums a Chinese kit that several posters said installed easy and worked good, you might search for it. Don't think it was too expensive and fit just like the OEM, hey they just made a copy As for the shortcuts, pull back on the command knob when on the main screen and the shortcuts can be lined up on the bottom row, you can organize as you wish, music, destinations, phone numbers etc.

Congrats on getting Luci home.

I have to say that I'm digging the de-badged look - I'm thinking about doing it on mine...

Sorry to say I believe that was an option only for the 64 color ambient lighting. As other have mentioned you may be able to go the aftermarket route.

Talking The wait is almost over

I ordered mine around Thanksgiving and I just received word it's waiting for the train. My dealer says first to middle of May. The desire to have the digital instrument cluster is what's made this wait so long, but I'm confident it will be worth it

Ordered mine the same time and dealer said March but with some delays it was here in SF the first week of April.

The last few weeks waiting killed me! lol But it's worth it when you pick her up. Enjoy.

if the delivery it's in April I don't think so. Production of MY800 it will begin in June

Mine I ordered it in November and until April I didn't receive a production date of August and delivery expected around September (Production in East London).

Now I am awaiting a call from the dealer to do a visit a review the order, any change on the equipment from the 2019 to 2020 and possible update of the order.

Regards

I just got an update from my dealer. with the following:

Planned delivery date: 20190726
DEC-SCH-DATE:19061
PLN-SCH-DATE: 19062
PROD-ACT-DATE: 20190610

Purchase date is April 1, 2019

So actual production date is June 10. Is that when the car will be completed?
Not quite sure what DEC-SCH and PLN-SCH means.
This is for 2019 Wagon.

Congratulations! Beautiful...best of luck with it!

I must say I'm a bit jealous as I have to wait at least another 2 1/2 months for mine

Interesting. I am in Calgary and purchased late March. With luck, my delivery date is not long after yours.

Worth the wait

Excuse the crappy dealership photos, but I haven't had time to get her cleaned up or photographed.

EXTREMELY happy with the color and build.

Congrats and enjoy! I like the wood trim with the brown interior. Goes nicely together.

Congratulations Grant! In fact, I registered just to post this (after lurking for some time). A big fan of your spec, I especially say because I have a near twin spec coming in later this summer (ordered in March). Question - are your AMG twin-spokes silver or with black inserts? Asking because mine is the former...

Sending you a PM as well.

Perhaps I'm missing a post about this (I searched and searched) but it appears they've removed the ability to adjust the steering in individual mode for MY19. Anyone else notice this?
