That would be the saddle brown leather. As for the Magma Grey, I believe that option is only available for the C63.
I've not seen the red leather in person on the C43's, but I've seen it on other various MB vehicles and it really pops. Unless you're super opposed to it I would try and check it out in person. Especially with the Gray and Black paints. Pictures don't do it justice.
I've got cranberry with iridium silver right now (black natural finish wood) and I think it looks fantastic. Very distinctive. I also love the saddle brown leather, but it goes better with other colors.

my C43 coupe irridium silver with cranberry leather should be arriving any day now. Great minds think alike :-)
I think they added Saddle as an option for the C43 on the ‘19. I would have got that had it been available.
Mine’s a ‘17 ordered it (believe it or not) February ‘16, got delivered October ‘16, and spec’d it with designo saddle brown on performance seats. It was available way back then. But, it is a sedan... so, idk if the options for the coupe were different.
