Does anyone know which tune will achieve better results? I have not been able to find the results of the dyno for AMR.
I know AMR quarter mile and 0-60 are pretty impressive but i have doubts that the car is stock.
However, below is the dyno char for weistec. This is for tune with out the down pipes.

Not considering Eurocharged? Puts down 410hp and 470 ft lbs which is a lot more than Weistec and more similar to AMR.

What's the pricing on Weistec?

Your best bet will to do some research on this. Creating a new thread about which tune to go with you will get many different opinions. Many will start to say one is better than the other and then this thread will be a **** show given the history on this question. Me personally i went with EC with a dyno tune. I went with them due to their service and history with these cars and the power that they make. You can also go JB4 for a tune as their power is either making more or the same as EC,AMR or OETuning. We now have many options for our cars. Best of luck. Let us know who you go with, one thing for sure is that i know you will not be disappointed with EC!

This site has had various, seemingly/relatively unbiased postings about tunes for the C43 (and others). Should be some reading that's worth the effort, in your case.

www dot benz boost (eliminate the space between the previous 2 words) dot com

(it's really annoying the way this forum kills some URLs ... presumably because they may be "competing" sites -- seriously lame!)

Lots of great options out there for C43 tuning. Be sure to consider the JB4 also. Lot's of unique features, adjustment, and you can install/remove it at home in minutes. Also has resale value down the road, and can even be used in conjunction with flash maps for fine tuning, E85 control, WMI control, logging, boost by gear, etc, when needed.

weistecs pricing is 2,000. You are right i did not consider eurocharged. I will definitely look up their results.

So I found eurocharged dyno results. They are not better then weistecs. It looking like AMR performance is the best bet.

The dyno in your first post for Weistec shows 375/413 and the Eurocharged dyno you posted shows 415/466.

How is it not better?

He probably thought weistec was whp and EC was bhp

I would recommend the JB4, Some members here are getting 0-60 in 3.3-3.5 with it, and mid 11 1/4 mile times. You can install & remove it in 20 mins.

I still cannot believe EC can get those numbers! Like damn, your car will probably go to **** in like 4 years tops (time until warranty is up) lol

He does not seem too concerned about generic warranty. In that case he can consider full tune.

Me personally would not leave JB4 even then though. Not when I can do 3.3 0-60 any time I want and get a 119 mph trap without even trying hard. All this for 500 bucks is not even a competition to be honest. In addition my car has a pretty heavy 19" wheel setup and lowered, so I have camber issues. If I shift to 18s, a 3.2 to 3.1 should be easily within grab.

Weistec is a fantastic option though. Of most of the full tunes, they have had the most stable one. And just do not go by dyno numbers only as it varies significantly depending on car, weather, and the dyno used itself. Wesitec's dragy 0-60 numbers and 1/4 mile time and ET is right up there with the rest of the tuners. Dyno is just a tuning tool, take the numbers with a grain of salt. It will never translate to real life performance figures. Best to look up the 1/4 mile slips and dragy leaderboard (which you can sign up for free) will serve as a very good reference point.

Consider HD tuning as well. Their tune to me atleast looked extremely dialed in.

Eurocharged v4, best result 3.92s 0-100 km/h, 1/4 - 11.82s. Just a best fuel I could get E98, haven't mixed ti up yet with Ethanol (E85).
But I do have a sport cat downpipes (dunno if help or not [as we know])...

If I knew about JB4, I would probably go for it...

You can still go for it. JB4 can be stacked ontop of whatever tune you are using. Just reduce the boost requested by the JB4 (lower default) on the custom map.

Yes, thank you for the advice, I might do it, or wait until I change to c43, still in the thinking process.
