Delivery of my 2019 C43 Saloon/Sedan! (Video included)

I've been lurking on this forum now for months since I ordered my facelift C43. It's been lovely to see the cars arriving now with some great pictures so I wanted to share mine.
My car arrived just in time for the new year. I wen't for the stunning Brilliant Blue. Absolutely thrilled with the colour. It contrasts so well with the blacked out elements.
I'm planning on Vlogging my journey with the C43 on youtube with lots of videos so I've put together a pickup video. See below first photos and the pickup video, including the exhaust start up
Why are your Exhaust tips chrome despite you having the Nightpackage?
Its also a bit sad to see People cheap out on essential stuff like the Burmester, Electricseats (My 07 Mazda 3 had that, c'mon) and AMG Optic Package.
In the UK theres no night package. The wheels and window tints are two paid options.
In the UK its all packages so its hard to get exactly what you want without paying loads for things you don't. This car is about 7k on optional extras.
We don't have an AMG optics package here in the UK. As for the Burmester sound system after having it in my last car (c300 coupe) I decided it was not worth it since il be listening to the performance exhasust
Mercedes now do 3 sound systems.
1. standard
2. midline
3. Burmester
Mines the upgraded midline which came with a pack and I must say it sounds very good. I'm not an audio guy but with the bass set high in the equaliser I cant tell the difference from my old Burmester.
I see, then i'll take it back. :-)
In Switzerland you basically make a Cross at "Premium Package Plus" and get the Burmester, Pano-roof, Seat-climate with Memory, Virtual Cockpit, Command, Head-up and the Assistance-Stuff for 11k.
Apparently the Burmester is better in the Facelift since the used Materials are better.

I'm on the fence with the Burmester...I've had two W205s in the last four years and both had Burmester and I ordered my new C43 sedan with Burmester but it's not exactly a "hi-fi" stereo, more of a marketing gimmick if you ask me. I keep ordering the stereo because I like the look and feel of the grilles.
Now if it sounded anything like the Burmesters I've heard in the Porsche Panamera I'd be very, very pleased, but then again it wouldn't be such a cheap option to order.

standard system is literal trash. if you ever care to listen to music at higher than ambient level loudness get the upgrade.
How did you get the map in the instrument cluster? I also have the digital cluster but cant get it to work. Maybe its a euro thing or you have to have multi media not just the sd card option?

I've not heard the standard stereo but I'm sure what you're saying is probably true. I'm just saying that IMO, the hi-fi option isn't "hi-fi", it's disappointing that Burmester allowed their brand to be used on a sub-par stereo. Don't get me wrong, the stereo sounds okay, maybe my expectations were too high.

completely agree. but the burmester is still a more than marginal upgrade over the standard system, believe it or not.

congrats!! I have the same color, wheels, but leather brown power seats and ventilated. wood center dash, exterior AMG and night pack, and other goodies.
Also I didn't go fo the Burmester and I went for the Midline, that comes with the premium basic pack (command etc...) At least is not the basic Audio 20. But personally I don't need a "full", "Super" Audio or similar. I preferred to spend the money on other options I will take more advantage
I am really clear I did the right decision with the blue and night pack, looks awesome!!!
It's night and day from the base system to the Burmester system. I would die if I had to drive around all day with the standard system with it's basic sound. Not my cup of tea.
Mercedes Blue is by far the best looking blue on the market today.
Yes, I have the Audio 20 on my 18, its trash. Only reason I didn't opt for the upgraded sound system is because I figured its a mercedes, The base system can't be worse than toyota, but i was wrong.
Metalbkade, I don't remember how I did it but there is one layout scheme where you can use the little trackpad and scroll to putting the nav in the right portion of the the electronic dash. I went with another scheme because if I have the nav on the center display and on the heads up that's enough nav for me. I have the MB SD card nav.
I have the Burmester in my 2019 and the bass is super-boomy, it almost feels like it's been blown out or something. To pick a pretty well-known song as an example, when the keyboards come in with bass undertone in Stairway to Heaven it's almost uncomfortable, even at moderate volume. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Mine sounds great. As a default all the SOUND settings were exactly in the middle for Bass, Treble, balance front/back and left/right etc. I increased the bass some and moved the balance to the rear more and I like it. If you've not adjusted these settings maybe somebody at the dealership was playing with it and has the bass to max or something? Not sure what your music source is but I have mine on a USB drive with un-compressed files, files are large but sound is good.

The Burmeister sound system is pretty damn good. Just as the previous poster suggested, just tweak the base and treble higher, and move the fade slightly to the rear and you are good to go!
Sat and listened to a basic system at the dealership before I ordered my car, and it was like night and day!
I've got the bass set to zero and the treble turned up, largely because of the boominess of the sound. I actually think there may be something wrong with a speaker or something. Next time I'm at the dealer I'll see if I can compare to another C-class and get to the bottom of it.
