Badge location
One of my MB sedan is due to return from lease and I was told to place badges back on. I debugged both C300 and 4matic on back of my trunk. Can anyone give me the measurement to place those badges in the proper place so Im not stuck with hefty charges?

Its good your doing it yourself. MB will charge a fortune.

I just eyeballed it based on pics I googled, as long as the badges are on the correct side and lined up evenly you shouldn't have any issues when you return the car.
I'm also debadging my C43 today...too many stinking badges on these cars, lol.

Im not a fan of some removing the C43 and keeping the AMG part. I think its either all or nothing. Just my thoughts.

However, I've seen some people take it too far...I saw a Porsche Cayenne recently that the owner removed everything from the rear, even the Porsche lettering, it looked really odd because there's too much empty space.

I agree, it's doesn't look right if all you remove just the C43 lettering. I'm removing all of it...AMG, C43 and the biturbo badging because I think it looks cleaner that way.

I have seen this with those with the CLA 45 AMG, they remove the CLA but keep the AMG. I agree its all or nothing. I might do it one day.

It is known practice, not sure how many do it though. With that said the shape of their car is iconic. There is no confusing what a 911 is.
