JB4 Map 6 Profiles

I haven't seen a thread discussing map 6 profiles on here, so I figured I'd start one! I believe there is a Whatsapp group out there somewhere with discussion, but I have not been able to join it.

So...those who have a JB4, please post your map 6 settings and fuel used! I'd love to get a base to start off of, log, and go from there.

I've read every page on N54Tech probably 3 times...nobody really shared their map 6 profile, just their logs.

You can get most settings from a log (if not all)

Would I do that by looking at the "target" column at the respective RPM range? Are any other settings changed for map 6 besides Map 6 Boost?

Not sure what mods you're asking about. If you mean something like downpipes, no you can't do that with a JB4. You can definitely do a CAI, and possibly even an upgraded intercooler, although I would look for a fuel increase if you were planning on targeting the fastest times a C43 has run. There's a lot of be said for a JB4, but it's not a real tune. If you want to add a lot of other performance mods, you need to get a custom tune that accommodates all of them.

What mods were you planning?

That will definitely work. Modal Works and the Logos units on this site look like the best options. Modal's test results are pretty impressive, but they haven't released the production version and, none of us have tried it to confirm the results, so there is that.
