Cheapest way to get more pops from existing performance exhaust

What is cheapest way to get pops from my c43 that has performance exhaust. I didn't need any hp gains. Firstly I was thinking to go with renntech. I saw on YouTube about renntech tune doing some loud pops and bangs. But it's expensive than other tunings.

Unfortunately Renntech is the only option if you are chasing what you wrote above. Other tuners can make you a burble tune too, but due to their limited knowledge, they will do more harm than good. I can explain how. But I will hold that information for now.

Yeah, I can agree on that burble tune. Is renntech safest of all?

I got a renntech ecu + tune and decided not to go for the burbles last second since I thought It would make the pops less special, also it kinda sounds tinny... But I went with renntech because they are so conservative with their tune; I bet they are the safest tune out of any of the others. You can feel a great difference after the tune even though its not an aggressive tune(I know you don't want hp gains but why not). (I have a 2019 btw if that makes any difference)

Thanks alot for reply. How much hp gains did you get after tune? Do you know anything about renntech blow off valve adapter?

I never took it to a dyno, but I would say I got ~40 hp roughly judging on the on car hp read out. And I did get the BOV installed when I got the tune. I got the BOV as an alternative to the burble tune, and i'm glad I did. When I drive around with friends and follow them, they always comment on how sick the BOV sounds when I'm behind them. As for inside the cabin, you can hear it every time you make boost pretty much. I also like to wait till the boost meter gets to certain spots, the BOV gets extremely loud if I can let off the gas the right way. I always drive is S+ so I don't know much about it when in comfort, but I know you can hear it slightly while in it.

How do you like the tune? I also have a 19. The + tune I assume is 93 octane. They didn’t mention anything about burble tune. I just mentioned to them about top speed limiter. How do you like the hand held? I know it goes in the obd port. How does it load? Car running or car in run position ?ive been in touch with them just waiting for some feedback.

I think the tune is great, I can really feel a difference right away. I use 93 octane, and I asked if they could put a burble tune, and they said yes but I canceled it shortly after. I also had a dealership install it, they had the car for a few days so I don't know really how to install it.

Cool. I would have installed my self with the hand held. I heard not a good idea to let dealer do it.

You got a dealership to install your tune? That’s cool.

From what I understand, if the dealer installs your Renntech tune you will be flagged status 8 on your warranty. IF you have a major drivetrain repair , Mercedes might not want to warranty it. Make sure they are aware of and flash the car back to stock if you have an issue. The handheld keeps them in the dark and you flash yourself. Not 100% guaranteed but most likely you would be ok.

I was gonna get a burble feature with my stage 1 tune. Even with a mild burble tune what will be damaged?

No damage. You just might get tired of the sound and regret you did it.
