ASR FLAP MODULE Installed but remote acting weird.

C43 coupe 2019
ASR FLAP MODULE Installed but remote acting weird.
I recently installed asr flap module in c43. At the time I installed it. I did notice some difference in sound but now If press any button on remote it doesn't does anything as I was told that button 3 on remote it make it toggle to stock or ASR. Does anyone know how remote works with ASR

Hey man! Button 1 opens the flaps fully.... button 2 closes them.... button 3 is back to stock mode

Form what I have read don't use 2 setting as it might out car in limp mode

Even I was told to not to use 2 idk the reason behind it but I tried pressing all buttons.

It completely closes valve so the car thinks the Valve mechanism is broken so throws a code

I've driven with the valves closed without throwing a code. You're not supposed to open the engine up with it in mode 2 but it's good for quiet startups and for making silent getaways late night...

Agreed it didn't happen on my car either but read on here having it happen on other cars


Also from I have read limp mode will not throw a code only way to tell is get the car checked out or by looking at HP gauge in vehicle settings.


If it isn't maxing out then u r in limp mode
