I recently purchased a JB4 tune and had it installed just yesterday. I go on the mobile app and it said Map 1 but all other values were at zero. In addition to that I didn’t feel a difference at all. Even when I try to check for codes it says error. Can anyone please help?

Well you need the bluetooth connect kit unless your working with a computer connected with a cable. All of these questions can be answered on their website.
I just installed the JB4 in my 2020 C43. Nothing on the BT worked properly at first. Terry walked me through all the steps it took to finally get me up and running.
Make sure you have the proper 2020 Firmware loaded to your BT app.
At first my phone screen looked like this, only showing the Map # :
Below image from my phone shows the maps in my App. I first loaded the bottom 2020 Firmware file ending in T2.hex and... IT DID NOT WORK.
I then loaded the Firmware 2020_2.hex marked in the photo with ***
Everything is now up and running.
I sent a log to Terry who confirmed things look as they should.
Once rectified, my phone screen looks like this with engine idling:

I downloaded the file and the values are all working. My last question is do you notice any difference between stock performance and now with the JB4 or does it take time for the tune to settle in?
