Eurocharged is it a cop or drop?

How is Eurocharged in terms of ecu tuning for a 2020 C43? I’m thinking of selling my JB4 and switching over.

Personally, I would hold off on any ECU for the 2020 until more progress is made. Similarly, the 2019. Results so far just not good enough. The older the car, the more tuning potential. Seems like the C450 has the best yield so far.

My '19 is making 391 whp and 494 Wtq on a custom Eurocharged map. Only hardware mod is OPF delete.
I have the fastest times on Dragy for a Wagon, so Eurocharged can definately make excellent gains.

yes it is. I said WHP = Wheel horsepower. So approx 459 BHP using 17.5% drivetrain loss figure as calculated by Renntech.

JB4 is compatible with factory and all aftermarket flash tunes for fine tuning to octane/mods, logging, diagnostics, etc. Great tool to have around even if you decide to flash the car down the road.

99 RON in the UK is slightly higher than your 93. The gains he’s gotten over stock numbers is on a higher octane than what the factory probably used for the published specs.

I get about 15psi on the EC tune on 93. Stock tune was around 14-15psi. Most of the gain was between 2000 to 3500rpm, there is a big bump there, above that it’s pretty much the same. Pre-facelift numbers seem to be much higher.

By approximation would you be able to provide what numbers your car was making when the tune was first bought?

I just got my ‘17 C43 tuned by E.C. It’s now a beast. I would say you could to go wrong going with E.C

Okay guys, just in case you haven’t read the first post by the OP, he is asking about EC tune for the 2020 C43. The pre-facelift tune by EC is awesome, but he is asking about facelift. I have a facelift and EC tune, and my advice is to wait until the gains are fully attainable. If you don’t have an Facelift and EC tune, it might be all too easy to assume that the gains are very good judging by your own experience with the pre-facelift. Please don’t assume. I am saying sincerely, as a Facelift owner and an EC tune owner, that gains are not all there yet. This is my opinion.

I will prob catch heat for saying this but I am not a fan of eurotune. I had their tune on my cl550 and it caused issues for me in terms of reliability. They didn’t really do much to make it right. They refunded me like$200 after many calls and emails. Never again.

i agree from all the research ive done i find Ec hold all most highest times go to dragy leader board you can see for your self. i have e43 wagon 4290 lbs stage 2 EC 200 cell dp awe touring exhaust k&n intake on 101 race fuel mix with 91 octane i can do 0-60 4.0 i hold 19 20 psi just order tcu tune today . that puts me super there with stock srt , mustang camaro bmw lets see what tcu brings me. also if anyone knows where i can get deal on wanger intercooler .
