Not disagreeing here as I don't know, but what about VS Forged (collab b/w Stance and Vertini)?

Also allegedly fully forged and about $1k cheaper. I have no experience with either though (other than I reached out to VS Forged and never heard back, which is a minus)

I have VSForged, and very happy with it. I was deciding between BC Forged and VSForged as well back when I was doing my 19” set up. I think both are made in Taiwan. To be honest, I suspect it’s probably made in the same factory and just sold independently. Since I don’t track my car, the price difference was what made me go with VSForged. I have no experience with BC Forged. However, since you mentioned VSForged and the price difference, I can say that I’d recommend VSForged.
I’ve hit a few bad potholes that got me nervous and they’re still fine. I like that the center caps are metal and how it didn’t eat a lot of weights when they were being balanced too!
I ordered mine through my tire guy, and it took almost a month to get them built, imported and finally installed.

FWIW - mo11 recommended VSForged previously. And when I looked into VSForged I found quite a bit information suggesting that they CNC the face and weld them to a barrel. Not truly a monoblock design and this is how they keep their pricing down. Many other wheel manufacturers are using this process now.

Now, this is still better than most alternatives but still not as good as a true monoblock design which CNC's a singular block of aluminum to the final rendering. BC Forged wheels are true monoblock wheels from what I understand.

I would argue that any flow formed wheel is going to get 90% of the benefits of a fully forged wheel or a pseudo design, like that of the VSFroged brand. Now, I may be wrong - because the actual literature from VSforged is scarce. I also hate the brands that are in collaboration with VSForged.

BC Forged, like a lot of other wheel companies, offer Monoblock, 2pc and 3pc wheels depending one what you want to achieve. If you are after lightness, Monoblock is the best. However, if you want more concavity, 2pc and 3pc are the best. The reason is because the Monoblock wheel is machined out of a preshaped forging in the shape of a drum with a preset face, it’s not out of a solid block. The concavity is already preset. There will usually be 3 levels of concavity which means there types of forgings. The 2 and 3 piece types you have more flexibility on the shape of the face, and then bolted or welded to the inner rim to make up the rest of width.

Do you have any weight data on the VSForged?

Not mine personally. This pic is from one of the vendors here. Also, I think these are 20’s so my 19’s are probably a little bit lighter. Btw, I didn’t order them from this vendor.

As Alexasa has said, not a lot of info on this brand, except that they’re in collaboration with Stance and Vertini. When mine arrived I inspected them thoroughly and I don’t remember seeing any weld marks or traces of it inside and outside the wheel, that would make me suspect if these are cnc centers welded to a barrel. I truly believe these are fully forged monoblock wheels.
I’m actually impressed on the wheel-to-tire seal of my VSForged. Considering I haven’t driven it for over a month since Covid broke out, and the tire pressures have remained the same.

I installed a new set of 19-inch BC-Forged RZ15 monoblock wheels a couple months ago. F: 19x8.5 +32 R: 19x9.5 +45. Concavity is dependent on the width and offset. I had the concavity of the rears match the front. Front wheel each weighs 22 lbs. rear is 24 lbs. BC-Forged 2pc wheels are generally 4-5 lbs. heavier per wheel (compared to monoblock) depending on the design. The quality of the wheels is excellent imo. Here are some pics of my car.

I did not use any spacers. Lowered on MSS sport adjustable springs. No gap between the top of the tire and fender on the front and about half a finger gap on the rear. No rubbing issues. I am very happy with the slightly tucked in fitment. Tires are Yokohama ADVAN Sport A/S+.

I am running EH171 in 19" on my C43. They're actually for sale in the classifieds. As Alex said, they are the best bang for the buck when it comes to fully forged wheels,
