Mercedes Me Connect Issues (‘20 C43)
It indicated that my engine was “On” after I had parked and locked the car.
Then I cycled the ignition and that resolved the issue. But afterward, I got a “Starter Battery Critical” notification.
Got in the car and noticed the 12V error on the gauge cluster, too, so I went for a long, 45-minute highway drive today to charge the starter battery.
Got back, parked, and the cluster notification went away, but I haven’t been able to connect via Mercedes Me Connect for hours, whereas my fiancée’s car is having no issues.
Any ideas?
Critical battery message on the app, but no warning in the gauge cluster.
When it does work - does your app show your exact model along with the right color etc? Mine still just shows a random grill and my actual car does not appear.

When I woke up this AM, everything was back to normal on the app.
It must’ve been frozen in that previous state with the maintenance work + the battery low from not having driven in a while.
does your app show a picture of your exact car? or just a random grill when you open it up?

I took delivery of the car in late February and it only has about 550+ miles now because of the pandemic.
Since I drive it 1-2x a week, often for very short errands or trips to the office, I get the “Partly Charged” status. Used to annoy me, but after I read a few threads where C63 owners were getting the same message, and the venerable @superswiss basically said it’s a non-issue that can be ignored, now I don’t let it bother me in the slightest.
Thanks to superswiss for being such an outstanding contributor/source of practical knowledge here.

Don't worry about the generic photo thing. Picked my car up in February and I've had that intermittently happen as well. Seems to be no rhyme or reason associated with when that generic grille photo pops up, instead of your actual spec.
