Breaking in question
Hey guys I have recently received my new vehicle (C43 AMG) and I'm following the "Break in" manual thing and so I have been driving in comfort mode all the time but I was wondering if I can still turn on the performance exhaust mode during the breaking in thing. I've never driven a amg before so I am still learning.

C43 AMG Sedan
There isn't a break in period for the C43. The motor is broken in from the factory. Unless you have a sticker on your windshield there is no need to break in the car.
Only cars that need breaking in are handbuilt motors including the cla45.

@hphp10 dont listen to anyone, do what Mercedes told you to do, if you had the sticker on your car like me that said don’t drive it over 140 and etc then follow it, don’t listen to these people if the maker of the car is telling you to do it then DO IT *shia lebouf meme* And also after the break in period change your oil w the oil filter, use 5w-40 of your choice id reccommend a ester based product or even a group 4 oil tbh

Hey thanks for the additional info! Yea I'm going to follow whatever its written on the sticker lol I just don't want to damage anything. I've never driven a amg so... I'm still trying to learn everything one by one. So I've been driving comfort mode lately (the whole time bc of break in), so is it okay to turn on PE exhaust button while driving in comfort mode?
