*NEW* L.E.M MONSTER series: 3" high flow catted downpipes
Below are the prototypes with the highlighted differences from our standard Downpipes. We decided to evolve our DP's for several reasons from our (still awesome) standard DP's, and these will supersede our C43 downipes in our line.
>We wanted to compete with the style Supersprint currently offers as we have had requests from our German, Italian and Midde east customers to have something that connects directly to the Turbo Outlet V-band
> unfortunately we had our original designed copied, so we are evolving with this new design to stay ahead of the game
>we saw some room for improvement, as some Catless DP's connect to directly to the turbo v-band, so why not go ahead with that config.
>we tried to keep the price as accessible as possible in the category, accounting for the bigger catalyst and more material costs
THESE CAN BE PURCHASED HERE:>>
(And thanks to those who pre-ordered)

Construction:
- Redesigned with 3" piping and a larger body
- Deeper throaty sound with 15% more flow than our standard pipes
- Entire Down Pipe is constructed out of rust resistant T304 SS for durability
- Original Stock Downpipe is 3D scanned and reverse engineered for perfect direct bolt on fitment
- Thick 8.5mm welds to prevent leaks or cracking
- Argon gas back purged welds for penetration and seal =Long life
- CNC T304 flanges, with connection directly to the Turbo outlet V-band
- The only downpipe on the market that mimics the OEM design!! has sensor inside the catalyst, like original
- 200 Cell high quality triangle matrix honey comb catalyst flows better than stock and competitors
- Fully TIG welded construction, beautiful welds that can be seen!
- Plug and play, no modifications needed,100% perfect fitment
- Includes all hardware and bolts for installation
Performance:
- Get rid of that nasty smell that you get with catless downpipes and that awful "rasp" that come with de-cat pipes. Unleash a deeper, refined rumble: This is primarily due to the fact that engine pulse waves can expand in the barrel of the main catalyst body providing
- Near identical performance to de-cat Downpipes, along with a throaty sound and without the smelly fumes.
- turbo spools up quicker for better throttle response and unleashes up to 20 HP and 20 TQ
- Quicker spool allows the power to come in earlier with being able to hold it longer
- can allow you to go stage 2 on a tune to allow up to 30-40 more HP and Torque
- re-map using JB4 data log and take advantage of the higher flow for that push you back into your seat thrust around 2500 rpm
- Over engineered construction for years of use

"Remember: no smell, no nasty honda civic high pitch rasp, and a deep exotic tone."
The answer is; our design is not unique in its engineering as this exists on other platforms as well, we went with what works. What makes ours different is that ours is a high flow catted design, that unlike a straight through "skinny" design has several acoustical advantages to the overall tone of the downpipe. Without getting too technical about harmonic resonance, the principal is simple if you compare a downpipe to a musical instrument where varying diameters of tubing affect the tone and pitch. See the below picture for a visual representation.
The same principal exists with your cars resonator, its just a void that allows certain sounds to expand and cancel out certain frequencies. the catalyst also acts as a acoustic dampener for higher pitched frequencies as well.
Our B58 downpipe for the BMW has the largest barrel body on the market today (5") and we chose this not only because of flow but because of sound and expansion. it also has a 200 cell catalyst on the inside.
a good example is this video on you tube of the revs of a catted and uncatted downpipe for the n55 engine (straight 6, turbo charged), the tone and sound difference is clearly there (best heard with headphones)
compare this to our 5" high flow catted downpipe for the B58 within our "Monster" series line. More bass and smooth tone compared to no cats:

As long as you can jack up the front end of the car and keep it up using jack stands, you're already 1/4 way there.
Alternatively you can tune it away with a ECU tune.

What 02 spacers would i need? I have monster pipes and want to add 02 spacers.
what brand or type
