Emissions
Hey guys,
Well its that time of year in CT, emissions, and ....... I didn't pass. I have a few questions so I can sort what I have to do. First I have a AMG c43 coupe 2017. Mods are as follow, EC stage 2, Logos HFC 200 cell cats, installed with bungs and inserts. When I put my stock tune back on I get a bank one low cat efficiencies on bank 1; bank 2 is working great. My questions for you guys are what can I do to get rid of this code to pass? verification which side is bank one (the drive side, the side with cylinder one)?, and what could make just bank one give me a issue?
Also a quick update on the car when not working on passing emissions. it runs great! Fast times and great drivability!

If I wanted a sh%t poster I would have went to Honda forums, its unfortunate that all community's have players like you. It brings the community down, puts modders in a bad light, and makes it so no one wants to ask questions or try new things with their cars. Hey at least you got a quick one.... Please do not come back to my threads no need for the negative comments or energy. Funny thing is I have outlined taking out the cats already, so I guess you can say you were right.

Emissions are passed, I just had to take it easy and make sure start stop was off. With start stop on it would set off the code low cat efficiency. Once stop/start was off it worked fine. I also made sure to keep the flap open on the exhaust just to make sure all emissions went out the tail pipe. Just an fyi if anyone has the same issue.

from what I saw they plugged into the odb2 and pull the logs, I really couldn't see the back of the car. They did make emissions every 3 years now, which makes it a lot easier if you can pass. It's 50% more time now. Are you on CT?
