New Mercedes EQE
First the EQS and now the EQE. Do you guys think this architecture will eventually trickle down to the C class and A class as well? It looks like the EQE is using that same gigantic display that the EQS has. I don't think they will bring that display to the C class and A class but who knows.

Do we even get an EQC? (no, not talking about the SUV, I mean a sedan fully electric C-Class) if not, I don't think we will get a sedan A-Class that is fully electric...
Only time will tell though

I'm not sure if it will be that exact name, EQC, but I'm pretty certain there will have to be something for the C class, since Mercedes probably sell the most volume for C class, if not A class now.

There already is an EQA, but it's a small EV - crossover.
There interior of the W206 has already been released so you can what it's going to look like ( like the new S Class but on a budget ) . When it's facelift it may become more similar to the EQ series in terms of the infotainment but its still unlikely to be EQ- like as the whole dashboard would need to be re engineered. Mercedes purposely want the EQ range to have its own character and differences, not same interior with different drivetrain
The next Class would be due in 7 years and it's unlikely it would be replaced at all, there may be small EQ saloon by then or they shift buyers to the smaller crossover .

The more pointed question is: When will the entirety of the features of MB’s EV tech / mechanics supplant what we currently know as the current MB models? Given the EU and/or US regulations and their stated goals, my guess is sooner rather than later.

I just read that the new Sila Tech. battery should be available by the 2026 model year, which will provide 20-40% more range. It could slip a year but it has been tested already so it should be ready to go. Considering that the first year may only be Edition One models I guess I will be waiting an extra year now.
