Michelin Tires

Is the As3+ no longer made? I usually get my tires at Discount tire and it shows they are discontinued. The Michelin website says something similar.

The Michelin 4S is out of my budget range. Anyone have recommendations similar to the AS 3+, or know if they are still available?

I love my AS4s! However, Continental Extremecontact DWS06, or DWS06 plus are a good lower budget option.

Just installed 2 new AS3+'s for my rears 2 weeks ago from Discount Tire...damn shame if true.

Edit: Just went to Michelin's support chat and the rep said it's being replaced by the Pilot Sport All Season 4 tire

I also had AS3+, but found out they no longer make them. So I ended up ordering the All Season 4, the replacement to AS3+. I didn’t install them yet but will update after putting them on and testing them out. They are supposed to be better than AS3+, according to Michelin. Hope so 😊

Thanks everyone. I’m probably going to go with the All Season 4. They sell it at my local shop.

PFL205.064 with M276.823 (Oil pump solenoid defeated)
Here is a comparison I found for the improvements the AS4 has over the AS3+

Just got the Michelin AS4 installed and I agree with the video posted above. I didn’t drive to much but it feels similar to AS3+. I do think the tires are slightly quieter but pretty similar. One thing I noticed is that the turns are not as crisp as the AS3+. The AS3+ turned pretty sharply on almost on a dime. I might need to adjust the tire pressure up front as it is currently at 41psi. Before I had it at 38psi. I’ll drive it more to give a better analysis. The launch/ grip does feel better off the line with the AS4.
