Suggestions??? Mercedes Service Keeps F***ing My Car
3 weeks ago, I have dropped my new C43 to Mercedes service to get new oem wheels installed. When I picked up my car, I saw damage on rear bumper. See picture. I got super annoyed due to damage as I do not even go to car wash outside to prevent any scratches. They said they will take car of it. Today I went to pick up my car and I got super annoyed again. Trunk and rear bumper upper section had lots of scratches. See picture. I did not even take the car. Everyone in service was left. I am sure they will say that they will buff it but it will be damn temporary solution. Even if they will paint it, I am still annoyed as why my new car keeps getting damaged by those idiots although I pay premium for their multi million service facility. What would you guys do?
Do you know high up chain leaders to report this.
1st damage they caused
1st damage they caused
2nd damage they caused

I am so sorry to hear about this. I had my own share of dealership experience horrors but nothing that is as bad as yours. I am glad they at least admit fault because I otherwise need to show them before and after pictures to prove that they caused the issue. Best of luck getting all this sorted and I would recommend going to a different dealership to prevent similar occurances from happening again. Please do keep us all updated with this. You trust your vehicle with them and this is what you get, absolutely disgusting.

This sucks. None of that will buff out unfortunately, especially the bumper damage - that's through the paint and primer. The boot lid looks as if it could improve with a heavy correction, but likely not completely gone. Hope they make this right for you. Time to find another dealer.

I wouldn't go to that extent after all it is not the car's fault but the dealership's fault. Although I totally, fully understand your frustration. Definitely escalate it though and get compensated.

Wow, I would be so pissed. The first damage to the bumper is understandable, mistakes happen. But to have paint/body damage a second time, on the same car and in close temporal proximity to the initial damage is ridiculous. Sorry man.

Hoping it’s not Loebers…really have enjoyed them. I am convinced that Motor Works cracked my windshield on my 2002 CL though. Car was under lighting inside when I Dropped it off and didn’t notice a thing, came back after they did some work and a hairline fracture in the windshield was there. Couldn’t prove it but..

I had sametthing happen to me at Mercedes Benz in Sugar Land. My AMG is white, very easy to see if scratches, etc. The car went in for 1st service and had complimentary wash. I saw black marks and deep scratches on front and rear bumper when brought car around. Told them wasn't there when dropped off. Had manager come out and they buffed out scratches. Long story short, this happened 3 other times when dropping off car for service. I was really pissed each time. Spoke with manager to find WTF is going on, they had no response but the owner puts his cars through car wash. They have in file not to wash car. I even put sticker on interior DON'T WASH. All I can says is walk around car before they give to you and look to see if damage caused at dealership.
