Mercedes Me not updating these few days?
Hi guys,
Anyone has an issue with Mercedes Me these few days? My Vehicle Status and location are not updating constantly and have a 7-10 hours discrepancy, on Sunday I was outdoor above ground all the time and my location wasn't changed since last engine start. Is this likely a server issue or there is something wrong with my satellite / radio? I haven't done or change anything recently and the app has been working since day 1 in 2020.

My driving journal is stuck “on” and I can’t disable it (among other issues) - The only feature I use it for now is really just the remote start which is spotty at best. I gave up on the app features after spending 4 hours on the phone with no help.

I'm travelling currently, so will have to check when I get back, but it was working fine before I left last week. Just checking, you have a 2020, right? Because the 2016 450 uses a different system, app etc, so it's not relevant. Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Sometimes the app gets stuck, and a fresh login gets it going again. I've had to do that in the past. If I remember correctly, there's also an option to clear the cache in the same place where you log out. That will reset the app completely and start over. Try that.

Just following up after returning from my trip. All is working here, but they might have done maintenance or upgraded something. Not sure if it's related, but I started my car today and all the settings were messed up. My instrument cluster was in the Sport layout instead of Supersport. Seemed like everything got reset to default for some reason. I got it restored by changing the profile to the guest profile and then back to mine. All settings were still there but somehow not applied when I started the car.
