Removing sticker from headlight

Just got this car a few weeks ago. I assume I should pull this sticker off my headlight. It's on the driver side only and I assume it's for alignment of lights. Thanks.

Looks like it might be one of those transponders for use in the Fastrack lane on the freeways.

OK, the previous owner lives in a gated community and the gate opened up without us having to stop, so it must be that. I need to google more before asking here. It's Transcor eGo Plus Micro mini sticker tag. Long range RFID solution. Cool! I'm taking it off now. No need to drive 10 hours back to previous owner's community to sneak in for anything nefarious!

This is going to leave a mess of adhesive behind. I did google removing an RFID tag from headlight and everyone says apply heat and then a safe adhesive remover. What's a good adhesive remover for our headlight lens? Something like Goof Off or Goo Gone?

Goof off or even just rubbing alcohol should be sufficient. Start mild and work your way up. Use a microfiber clothe and just toss it when you're done with it.

I see you are in Ohio..Leave it out in the sun for a while or turn the headlights on, then pull an edge up with a credit card..As suggested, a little rubbing alcohol will clean it up just fine. I needed to change my bridge pass on my car, it took about 5 minutes.

Don't live there, but I passed through the state on a trip a week or so ago..Must have got lucky, it was a beautiful, warm sunny day..The larger point is that this is a pretty simple exercise..Good luck with it..S
