I think I'd take the benz over the Skyline.

Nice! Nothings like a very old thread being bumped!

GT-R is another category than the C63. 2 seater, more expensive, faster. Doesnt make sense comparing it.

gtr has more hp than 480, its faster, will be an easier tune, less expensive maintenance costs, less troubles, awd..etc etc

its a better car no questions asked. it jsut goes down to how much you like benz and how much money you make.

not sure about that. I think the GT-R will have its fair share of troubles and maintenance issues.

Are you sure? When's the last time you heard of a Japanese car with troubles and maintenance issues. I'm guessing it will be about as much trouble as a 350Z.

Sure the GTR is very nice and tempting for its massive power and techno goodies, but trying to find one at MSRP?...I'll pass. Many are anticipating a $20k+ dealer added markup, and that's absurd IMO. A C63 with the AMG Performance Package option sounds better to me, plus take that extra $20k+ you just saved for even more performance mod's if you desire.
